Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This notification will contain your tracking number - please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be live.
Most orders will be delivered within 3 - 5 days from leaving our facility, depending upon the products in your order, if special packaging was required, or location of delivery. If there is any delay in shipping, you will be notified accordingly.
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground Network and may utilize Frieght Shipping for certain large volume orders, at our sole discretion. Some factors that may affect the order processing time include, but is not limited to, whether or not the shipping address is Residential vs. Commercial, Shipping Method, Product Availability, and Order Volume.
Please note: Order processing times are separate from the estimated shipping/delivery time that you may see during the checkout process, or elsewhere on our website.
Order Processing: the time between when an order is placed online up until the order is picked up via dedicated carrier.
Order Shipping Time: the between when an order is picked up from our facility and begins transit to your shipping address.
There is no order minimum for our online store.
Shipping charges per order are a flat, single rate of $19.99.
This includes any product, any weight, any distance, any quantity and any time.
Orders over $300, are eligible for free shipping.
We do not ship to every state in the Continental United States, at this time, due to excessive shipping costs for heavy and bulky items. You can see the states that we ship to here.
We ship all orders via FedEx Ground network. Each order will be updated with a tracking number that will be provided with your shipping confirmation notification.
Due the nature of our nail supply products, we do not ship any orders to P.O. boxes. Some orders that may include hazardous materials (such as Acetone, Alcohol, etc.) will be subject to Signature Upon Delivery. This is in accordance with regulations and for your safety.
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com or (732) 851-1016 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
